ABOUT THE ENTRANCE EXAM

Enrollment at the Faculty of Pharmacy includes students entering the first year for the first time, as well as upper-year students who are renewing their status or transferring from other faculties. Enrollment is handled at the student affairs office in accordance with the published schedule and deadlines.

ENTRANCE EXAM FOR ADMISSION TO THE FACULTY OF PHARMACY

For admission to the study programs Pharmacy and Pharmacy – Medical Biochemistry, an entrance exam in chemistry and biology is taken. The test verifies basic knowledge acquired during high school, with a focus on understanding concepts and application in practice.
Chemistry: It covers the areas of general and inorganic chemistry, as well as the basics of organic chemistry. Special emphasis is placed on chemical reactions, the structure of matter, and the principles that underlie pharmacy and biochemistry.

Biology: Biology questions relate to the structure and function of cells, genetics, physiology, and basic processes in organisms. Knowledge in this area is essential for understanding biochemical and pharmacological principles.
