Milica Mladenović, Master of Laws

Milica Mladenović was born on May 28, 1990, in Niš. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Niš and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree from the same faculty after defending her master's thesis on „Constitutional Court Protection of the Right to Work in the Republic of Serbia.“ She passed the judicial exam in 2023 and the bar exam in 2024, further enhancing her professional knowledge and competencies in the field of law.
She has over thirteen years of work experience in legal, human resources, and administrative affairs, a significant portion of which was spent in management positions within the higher education system. Throughout her professional engagement, she has gained extensive experience in drafting and implementing general and individual legal acts, managing HR processes, organizing the work of higher education institutions, as well as ensuring the legality of the work of management bodies.
She held positions as a graduate lawyer for legal, HR, and administrative affairs, head of legal, HR, and administrative affairs, secretary of the Academy of Technical Vocational Studies, and today she serves as the secretary of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Educons University in Belgrade.
In this position, she is responsible for legal, personnel, and organizational support for the Faculty's work, preparation and implementation of general acts, coordination of administrative processes, and providing expert support to management on issues in the field of higher education.
The author is also a co-author of several scientific and professional papers published in domestic and international publications, with a particular interest in labor law, human rights, higher education law, protection of employee rights, and the application of modern technologies in law.
