Notice to candidates admitted to integrated academic studies

Term inscribed

Enrollment of admitted candidates in the integrated studies of Pharmacy and Pharmacy-Enrollment of admitted candidates for the integrated studies of Pharmacy and Pharmacy-Medical Biochemistry will be held from July 10 to 12, 2026, daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Faculty of Pharmacy (Poincaré 14, 11000 Belgrade).

Required documents

Candidates who have qualified for enrollment are required to submit the following upon enrollment:

• original transcripts from all four years of high school;
• original diploma for the completed matriculation or final examination;
• Extract from the birth register (original or certified photocopy);
• certificate of citizenship (original or certified photocopy, not older than six months);
• photocopy of ID card or scanned ID card;
• Two photographs, dimensions 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
• completed SHV-20 form (obtained at the Faculty);
• Index (obtained at the Faculty).

Payment

Before enrollment, the following payments must be made to the Pharmaceutical Faculty's giro account. 325-9500700229640-72:

First tuition installment – 300 euros in the dinar equivalent at the NBS exchange rate, with the notation "PAYMENT OF THE FIRST TUITION INSTALLMENT FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR".

Insurance and Student Documentation Fee – 1,900.00 dinars, with the notation "PAYMENT OF FEE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR".
