Milica Z. Mladenovi\u0107 was born on May 28, 1990, in Ni\u0161. She completed her undergraduate and master's academic studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Ni\u0161, where she earned the title of Master of Law by defending her master's thesis on \u201eConstitutional Court Protection of the Right to Work in the Republic of Serbia.\u201c She passed the judicial exam in 2023 and the bar exam in 2024.<\/p>


She has over thirteen years of professional experience in legal, personnel, administrative, and organizational affairs, with the majority of her professional engagement within the higher education system. During her work at higher education institutions, she gained significant experience in applying regulations related to higher education, labor law, institutional organization and management, drafting and harmonizing general and individual legal acts, as well as ensuring the legality of the work of management bodies and expert committees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

She began her professional career in legal positions for law firms, personnel, and administrative affairs, where she was engaged in drafting legal acts, resolving labor law issues, managing personnel processes, preparing documentation for the institution's bodies, and providing legal support for the daily functioning of the system.
After that, she served as the head of legal, personnel, and administrative affairs, where she led the organization and coordination of legal and administrative processes, participated in creating the institution's regulatory framework, improving internal procedures, as well as ensuring the application of legal and regulatory provisions in the areas of labor and higher education.<\/p>

She served as the Secretary of the Academy of Technical-Pedagogical Professional Studies, one of the more complex higher education institutions with multiple departments and organizational units, where she was responsible for providing legal support to the work of the governing bodies, preparing and drafting general acts, and the regulatory framework for the institution's operations, personnel matters, as well as the coordination of administrative processes.
She also served as Secretary of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Belgrade, University Edukons, where she participated in the process of establishing the Faculty, preparing the documentation for the accreditation of the institution and study programs, drafting the statute, regulations and other general acts, establishing institutional procedures, and organizing the work of the Faculty in accordance with regulations in the field of higher education.<\/p>

Through the aforementioned professional engagements, she has acquired specific knowledge and experience in the legal regulation of higher education institutions, accreditation processes, human resource management, institutional development, and the application of quality standards in higher education.<\/p>

He\/She is in the position of Head of Financial Management and Control (FMC) at ZDRAVLJE LEK Healthcare Group d.o.o., the founder of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Belgrade. In this position, he\/she manages the establishment, development, and improvement of the financial management and control system in accordance with domestic regulations, principles of good corporate governance, and modern internal control standards. He\/She coordinates activities in the areas of risk management, development of internal procedures, monitoring the effectiveness of control mechanisms, as well as activities aimed at strengthening responsibility, transparency, and legality of business operations.<\/p>

Her special area of professional interest includes the financial management and control (FMC) system, internal control, risk management, corporate governance, and business compliance with current regulations. She actively participates in the development and implementation of FMC systems in higher education institutions and business entities, as well as in the preparation of internal acts and methodological documents that contribute to the improvement of organizational management.<\/p>

The author is the author and co-author of over twenty scientific and professional papers published in domestic and international publications. Her academic and professional interests include labor law, higher education law, financial management and control, internal controls, corporate governance, risk management, and the application of modern technologies in law.
She is engaged as an educator in the field of Financial Management and Control (FMC) in the higher education system, where she contributes to the development of modern internal control systems, the improvement of organizational management, and the strengthening of institutional capacities of higher education institutions through professional training, workshops, and advisory work.<\/p>
